A pleasant golf break in an elegant hotel

17 golfers and 5 non-golfers had a great week this November’s golf trip to Kempinski Hotel the Dome Belek from 31st October to 7th November 2025. The group enjoyed a short excursion to Antalya, played padel, displayed dancing and singing skills, practised shuffleboard, had a brilliant evening in the à la carte Italian restaurant and experienced four rounds of awesome golf games. Eight of the keen golfers tried the fifth round in the National Golf Course which was completed last four holes under the flood lights.

The Texas scramble team scores positioned the winners on the best 18-hole course scores in the VPAR golf application;

• Teams Day 1- Pasha - Net 61 ( -11) on 1.November.2025 - The shared 1st and 2nd teams Team Sean(Nigel & Ray) and Team Niel(John, Elisabeth & Reiko).

• Teams Day 2- Pasha - 1st - Net 54(-18) -Team Sean(Ray, Iris & John), 2nd- Net 60 (-12)-Team Cuneyt(Nigel, Reiko & Sachiko) on 2.November.2025.

  Individual stableford competitions - On 4th November, Ray had a flawless round with 44 points, 8 shots under his playing handicap of 28 and beat Cuneyt who scored 43 points ( -7 shots below his playing handicap of 23) on the challenging Sultan course. Sean was third with 34 points and Tim completed fourth place with 31 points.

  On 5th November, the first, second and third places were tied by Reiko, Ray and Sean with 32 points and Joan had the fourth place with 31 points on the Pasha course.

  Ray was the overall individual winner with 76 points, Cuneyt was runner-up with 73 points and Sean was third with 66 points.

  The winning scores were better than previous years proved improvement in the playing standards and golfers familiarising with the golf courses after repetitive trips .
